compasso d'oro 2024 prize

figaroqua figarolà, designed by paolo rizzatto and mario nanni, has been awarded by adi, an association internationally recognized as a key player in the development of industrial design as both a cultural and economic phenomenon, for its technological innovation.

figaroqua figarolà thus becomes part of adi’s permanent collection, declared by the italian ministry of cultural heritage and activities as of “exceptional artistic and historical interest.”

working on the relationship between the concepts of light and movement, figaroqua figarolà can be freely positioned in space, both in height and depth, thanks to its special suspension system characterized by cables and counterweights. this allows it to provide, as needed, light for reading, for the table, for the environment—adapting to the different needs of people and architecture—while enabling easy adjustment of position, quality, and light intensity.

the lamp is wired with the n55 dynamic propulsor, a patented Viabizzuno system, which ensures the highest quality of light, extremely low energy consumption, and minimal maintenance costs.
