during the day the artificial light is silent, hides itself from people's sight and respects the architectural environment. only when it gets dark, it lights up slowly and moves like a sunray to follow and guide the human activities, the shopping, the events, the nocturnal walking. the day comes to an end and it retracts to make room to the natural light again, in a delicate and continuous 'dance of the roles'.
